I realized this week-end that I had an artificial scarcity problem with bus tickets.

My old process was:

1. Realize I’m out of tickets
2. Go to the store and buy 1 booklet of 10
3. Repeat after a few weeks.

The new one is:

1. Realize I’m out of tickets
2. Go to the store and buy 10 booklets
3. Chill for 6 months because I now have 100 tickets
