tmux, the terminal multiplexer from heaven, can copy-paste!

Here’s how to use it:

1. C-b [ start the copy
2. Move around a stop on the character where you want the selection to start
3. Press Space to start selection
4. Press Enter to finish selection
5. C-b ] paste the copied text
